1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the TestMeNow platform (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2Intellectual Property & Exclusive Copyright Notice
All mock test series, practice questions, synthesized question stems, curated options, analytical explanations, conceptual taxonomy frameworks, test blueprints, scoring algorithms, and visual interfaces available on TestMeNow are the exclusive intellectual property of TestMeNow and its licensors, protected by Indian and International Copyright, Trademark, and Intellectual Property Laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and attempt test series solely for your individual, non-commercial examination preparation. No right, title, or interest in any content is transferred to you.
3Anti-Scraping & Automated Access Prohibitions
- Automated Scraping: Using any web crawler, bot, spider, scraper, script, browser extension, or automated device to extract, index, download, or aggregate question sets, answer keys, or explanations.
- Circumvention of Protections: Bypassing, disabling, or tampering with user-select locks, clipboard copy-protections, right-click protections, rate limiters, or server authentication controls.
- Data Redistribution: Selling, republishing, sharing, uploading, licensing, or distributing TestMeNow test materials on Telegram channels, social media, PDFs, or third-party web platforms.
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code, question generation prompts, or scoring logic of the Platform.
- AI Training: Ingesting or scraping any test content or explanations to train, fine-tune, or benchmark artificial intelligence or large language models without express written authorization.
Violations of this Anti-Scraping Agreement constitute willful copyright infringement and unauthorized computer access under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Copyright Act, 1957, subjecting violators to civil damages, statutory penalties, and criminal prosecution.
4Fair Usage & Examination Integrity
To maintain competitive fairness, daily test quotas (such as 1 attempt per test category per calendar day in Asia/Kolkata timezone) are enforced server-side. Creating multiple fraudulent accounts or utilizing bot mechanisms to bypass quotas will result in immediate termination of access and blacklisting of associated IP addresses.
5Academic Feedback & Corrections
Aspirants may submit feedback regarding suspected factual inaccuracies or answer key discrepancies through the built-in feedback tool. By submitting feedback or suggested corrections, you grant TestMeNow a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, review, and integrate such suggestions into question revisions.
6Advertisements & In-Test Experience
TestMeNow guarantees a 100% Zero-Ad, Distraction-Free environment during active test attempts. Non-intrusive advertisements from certified third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense) may be displayed exclusively on non-test pages (e.g., dashboard, pre-test overview, scorecards) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7Disclaimer of Warranties
TestMeNow is an independent test preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or any State Public Service Commission (BPSC, UPPCS, MPSC, JPSC). The test materials are provided "as is" for educational simulation purposes.
